Our Management Team
Our management team boasts over 50 years of combined experience within the commercial cleaning industry. This means we are highly proficient in managing contracts in a multitude of environments, as we have been there, done it, and proudly wear the T-shirt!

Motivated Cleaning Staff
At Cannon Cleaning we are proud to announce that all our cleaning operatives are paid above National Living Wage, as we value our staff and want to make sure they are fairly rewarded for the great work they do. Paying staff a good wage keeps our workforce motivated and rids us from high staff turnover. You benefit from this as the client as you get the continuity of service you desire.

Monthly Cleaning Audits
Our monthly audits are used as an opportunity for you to walk around your premise with an Area Manager to discuss anything you wish about the standard of our cleaning. This process allows us to keep an open communication channel with you so that if there are any issues, we can resolve them quickly before they escalate and become problematic. Audits also allow our cleaners to know that we are constantly monitoring their standards, which definitely discourages complacency. Each audit score is sent directly to you once completed.

Mobile Attendance System
Each cleaner has a mobile log in which is used to track when they start and finish their shift. This gives all our clients the reassurance that we are fulfilling our designated hours onsite cleaning.

Training and Development
Within the first week of working on your site, all staff will be trained and assessed to ensure they are fully competent at performing the daily tasks required.
Beyond this point, all our staff are provided ongoing training through our monthly toolbox talks. These talks ensure our cleaners remain at the top of their game as they continue to develop and learn about the innovative changes that arise within the cleaning industry.
